Uniforms:

Please look carefully at the different sizes for each uniform – for example, 11oz. uniforms run larger than 8.5 oz. uniforms. However, the 11oz. are 100% cotton and tend to shrink more. Click for sizes. |

Belts:

Measuring for belts is real simple, just take your waist size and multiply by 3. Click for sizes. |

Sparring Gear:
|
Head gear, kicks, punches, fore arm, and shin/instep. For head gear, simply measure the circumference of your head – if you know your hat size, we’ve included that too! Click for sizes. |

Chest Gear:
|
When measuring for chest gear, the width dimensions are defined by the length of the actual chest guard left to right. The width of the gear should come around your sides and be open in the back. Click for sizes. |

Shoes:

Our shoe sizes listed are in men’s sizes – women should order 1 to 1/12 sizes smaller. Sizes range from child 12 to adult 13 – Click for sizes. |
