Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We apologize for any inconveniences, but once an order is being processed or has been shipped, it can not be canceled. If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 25% return fee and issued a store credit for the remainder. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Once the order has been received by you, requests to return unopened/unused products must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we have received them. We define “new” as: not washed, worn, altered or soiled, suitable for resale, and without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. For your protection, undergarments, mouth guards, protective cups, and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Once opened videos, DVDs and CDs cannot be returned.
Begin the exchange or return process by completing the customer service form. Include your order number, name, phone number, and what you want to exchange or return. You will be contacted within 72 hours, and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required and no packages will be accepted without the appropriate RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label. Please ensure a signature required when shipping items back to us. USA-MMA.net will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs plus a $5.00 handling fee.

Shipping
The shipping date is an estimated date. Actual delivery may vary by as much as 2-4 business days. There may be delays in shipping due to National Holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you need to ensure that your order is delivered by a certain date, please email us to confirm the delivery date.
General Shipping Date Guidelines:
1. Custom Orders: Allow 10 – 14 business days plus shipping.
2. UPS – Is usually 3 to 4 business days for order processing plus 3 to 4 business days for shipping.
Our standard ground shipping and handling charge is $9.95 per order on orders from $0.00 to $99.99. We ship by UPS whenever possible. UPS is generally faster than U.S. Postal Mail; however, someone must be home to sign for the merchandise upon delivery. If you are not there the first day, they will try to deliver during the next 2 days. After that time, it will be up to you to contact UPS for a delivery arrangement.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees and duties charged by their respective countries. International orders ship within 3 to 4 business days. Estimated time of delivery is 7-10 business days. There may be delays in shipping due to National Holidays.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling charges are added to international orders based on the total weight of your order, including packaging. If shipping directly to a forwarding agent in the US, products are shipped via UPS Ground. You may also request a freight quote to ship direct to your country or we can ship freight collect through your specified forwarding agent.
Fees
Freight quote charges vary per country and depend on the service requested. Please allow 1-2 days for notification of freight quote charges after placing your order. Minimum charge of $25.00 is added to regular shipping orders.
Payment
International Retail orders must be paid through PayPal.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please note that we may already be processing your order and it may not be possible to make changes. Orders that have been invoiced and are ready to ship will not be changed or canceled.
Returns:
Due to the costs of international shipping and the difficulties of re-importing products from various countries, returns are not accepted.
